“DNBC Financial Group” UAB was founded as a payment service institution 2017, our projection will be Execution of payment transactions, including transfers of funds on a payment account with the payment service provider of the payment service user or with another payment service provider: execution of direct debits, including one-off direct debits, execution of payment transactions through a payment card or a similar device and/or execution of credit transfers, including standing orders; Money remittance and Issuing of payment instruments and/or acquiring of payment. We serve the individual and corporate customer in the EU market and plan to develop “DNBC Financial Group” UAB into an international financial institution.

Job Description:

  • Understand the details of services and products provided by DNBC, as well as other competitors in Europe. Become an expert in the products, processes and operations of DNBC, as well as stay up to date with industry news.
  • Support customers about the services provided by DNBC.
  • Participate into building up and developing products/services for customers.
  • Research policies/products of existing financial institutions, banks, competitors in foreign markets to propose the strategy to develop new suitable products for the company’s orientation.
  • Update legal documents, regulations and draft guidelines about financial services & risk management in accordance with European law to match the business strategy of the company.
  • Check customer profile/documents before opening an account.
  • Support, guide and work with global partners regarding the company's products / services.


  • Education /professional /Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking Major.
  • Experience in working at banks, investment funds, financial institutions is an advantage.
  • Independent thinking and problem-solving skills in new and complex tasks/jobs.
  • Adapting ability and willing to learn new products/services knowledge.
  • English: Good in communication, reading and writing.

Work Location:

Vietnam support center, No. 507B, Huynh Tan Phat Boulevard, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.00 am – 17.00pm
  • Saturday: 8.00 am – 12.00am
